ABSTRACT
Plant Growth-Prommoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) are advantageous bacteria consorcium that actively colonized on the rhizosfer. The objective of this research is investigate PGPR’s production on low-cost substrat using mathematical model. This research was conducted in batch anaerobic system. The result is PGPR’s production on low-cost substrat could be simulated with Contois’s Model, growth kinetics parameters values that include 12μm"> , 12Ksx"> and 12YXS"> are 3,4556; 1189,8333 and 0,0582 respectivelyand the optimum composition of PGPR’s production from bamboo’s root on low-cost substrat is 1 : 1 with Solids Retention Time (SRT) is 10 days.
