SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PROMOSI LEADER MENGGUNAKAN METODE AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process)

Perekrutan/promosi jabatan leader pada perusahaan dilakukan dengan cara menghitung banyaknya mitra yang dimiliki oleh para calon leader serta lamanya bergabung dalam perusahaan. Dalam Penelitian ini, bertujuan membangun sebuah aplikasi pendukung keputusan untuk promosi leader dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan harapan dapat mempermudah dan menyederhanakan proses pengambilan keputusan. Pada aplikasi ini, pengguna memasukkan data calon leader, data kriteria beserta bobot kriterianya yang kemudian mengurutkan calon leader berdasarkan nilainya menggunakan AHP. Penerapan aplikasi ini memberikan hasil yang akurat dan proses yang efisien karena pendataan dan perhitungan proses penilaian yang berhubungan dengan promosi leader lebih cepat, akurat dan terorganisir.
