ANALISA KONDUKTIVITAS TERMAL BAJA ST-37 DAN KUNINGAN

Dasar pengujian konduktivitas termal adalah mengukur beda suhu suatu bahan akibat adanya penambahan energi panas pada salah satu ujung bahan. Perencanaan ini didasarkan pada konsep konduksi, yaitu berdasarkan hukum kedua termodinamika konduktivitas panas dapat diukur jika terjadi perpindahan panas dari suhu yang tinggi ke suhu yang rendah. Tujuan dari rancang bangun alat uji konduktivitas termal pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur konduktifitas panas logam ST 37 dan Kuningan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa logam yang dipanaskan dengan energi kalor tertentu, maka temperatur kedua ujung logam semakin lama akan semakin bertambah sedangkan konduktifitas termalnya akan semakin turun.Kata kunci : konduktivitas termal, konduksi, rancang bangun.
