Resolusi Konflik dalam Sunnah Nabi Muhammad saw. (Strategi dan Prinsip Nabi saw. dalam Menghadapi Konflik)
Abstract
Kajian ini menitikberatkan pada telaah atas prinsip-prinsipresolusi konflik dalam Sunnah Nabi Muhammad saw. Dengan
menggunakan pendekatan integralistik serta kajian tematis
terhadap beberapa riwayat konflik dalam sunnah Nabi saw.,
ditemukan bahwa terdapat beberapa contoh yang ideal dalam upaya resolusi konflik dengan cara yang kreatif dan tanpa kekerasan. Nabi saw. dalam menghadapi konflik lebih menekankan pada upaya upaya damai daripada melawan
dengan kekerasan. Misalnya, Nabi saw. menggunakan proses
mediasi, negosiasi, dan problem solving dalam menyelesaikan
konflik yang terjadi. Selain itu Nabi saw. juga melakukan yielding ( mengalah), withdrawing (menarik d i r i / me n i n g g a l k a n l o k a s i k o n f l i k ) , s e r t a c o n t e n d i n g (melawan/berperang) dalam menghadapi konflik. Â
